Manifesting Goals Through Intention & Energy Work

To truly manifest, you must have a clear intention and put in the work. You are the one who creates your future. The magic and power is already within you. This post will be a little longer than my usual ones—and more intense. Get ready to embark on a powerful spiritual journey.

Here’s the no-fluff truth: manifestation isn’t just wishful thinking. It’s about aligning your energy, your mindset, and your actions with what you say you want. Manifestation starts with intention. What do YOU really want? What are you willing to do to make it happen? This is where clarity comes in. Intentions must be clear and specific. To find your intention, you must first purge all negativity from your home and your mind, ground yourself, and explore the opportunities. With the right alignment, anything is possible!

That brings me to alignment. You also need to make sure your thoughts, feelings, and actions are in line with that intention. If your intention is financial abundance, but you don't take any steps to manage your finances, then you are not aligned. Shift your mindset, make small improvements here and there, and adjust your habits to correspond with the lifestyle that you want. When your energy, beliefs, and behaviors are all pointing in the same direction, you are truly powerful and can manifest anything.

A little story about myself. I was not born into wealth and a lot of times I had no one but myself. I spent a lot of time wondering about the future and hoping for more, but it wasn't until I shifted my mindset (from one of lack to one of abundance) that true miracles started happening. I went from being thousands of dollars in debt to having no debt at all, and even a decent income. That was my goal. To be debt-free and to have financial stability. And I achieved it. I can proudly say that I love my job and I am grateful for all the wealth its brought into my life. I am by no means "rich" (unless you count non-monetary riches), but I got what I wanted. And now, I am actively working to achieve even mightier goals.

Start with that intention, follow up with alignment, and co-create your future with the Universe. Any energy that you put out into the Universe, it will come back to you multiplied. I have read countless self-help books and they all share one thing in common: have faith. Faith in whatever it is that gives you divine strength. For me, it's the Universe. It's real and it has no limits. It is eternal and omnipotent. But begin by believing in yourself. Believe in your abilities, your skills, your own magic. You are stronger than you think.

Personally, crystals have always been part of my spiritual journey. They're not just pretty little objects. They are tools; they are vessels. A vessel is something that holds, channels, or carries energy or intention. I still have a rose quartz heart-shaped crystal that my dad gave me when I was very little. For over 20 years, I've looked at it often. It reminds me of love. Any type of love, really. From family, from friends, from a romantic partner. I am happily married, but I have never lacked love.
