Magic in Motion: Keeping Momentum During Difficult Times

When just getting through your day feels difficult, the most important thing is to keep moving forward. Even if you feel like you've hit rock bottom, there's nowhere to go but up. 

That's what my cousin Fiorella, co-founder of Sacred Glow, told me last year after I lost my mother, my best friend, and my job. I truly felt like I had hit rock bottom. But I never gave up on myself. Even though I had no real income, I still got out of bed every day and did some gig work. It didn't pay much, but it was something. And most of the time, something is better than nothing. I learned the hard way that life is not easy. But I'm sure this is true for many individuals, especially those who are now on a spiritual journey to find themselves.

We must be grateful for everything and everyone we have, and never take it for granted. Every good thing comes from the gratitude for what we already have. Over a year later, I am happily married to my twin flame, hold a job I love, and have meaningful friendships. I never thought any of this would be possible, but remember this: You can truly have it all. It starts with gratitude. 

Once things are set in motion through gratitude, keep celebrating small wins. Anything can be a win. And you should always be proud of yourself for your wins. Don't be afraid to celebrate. Don't forget to thank those who supported you along the way. And most importantly, tell your loved ones that you love them. 

You can have a win, or many wins, every single day. It's all a matter of mindset. I know this because once I shifted my mindset, from one of lack to one of abundance, everything started falling into place. I built a solid foundation out of that "rock bottom" feeling. I had my family supporting me emotionally along the way. And I remembered my mother's and grandmother's unconditional love for me while they were still alive, and how much they sacrificed in order for me to be happy and successful. And that just kept me going. I couldn't give up. There was just no way I could ever give up. 

Whenever you feel like you just can't take it anymore, ground yourself. Anchor your roots into the Earth. Crystals can help with this. Do you feel like at this moment, you need protection? Do you need self-love? Do you need help to allow financial abundance into your life? Think about it, and come up with a plan. Your plan must have intention. You must have the drive and motivation to keep going. The Universe rewards movement with progress.
